# Agenthood

> 4,663 fully on-chain "living tarot cards" on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663 = supply). Each card is the seat of an AI trading agent, rendered entirely from Solidity — no IPFS, no servers. Cards mint face down; one Chainlink VRF word reveals every card at once (the Cut, provably fair: deck seed committed before mint, randomness after seal, permissionless blockhash fallback). ERC-6551 token-bound accounts give each card three grantable rights: Identity (name it, once, forever), Property (its own funded wallet), Agency (delegated on-chain trading in an opt-in game). Sale: 663 free whitelist, 0.015 ETH public, 20 per wallet, one-way phase ratchet, unsold supply destroyed at seal. Royalty set on-chain (ERC-2981) with a hard ceiling coded in the contract; it funds a competition prize pool — no dividends, no yield, not an investment product.

- Reveal formula: gene(i) = GeneForge.forge(keccak256(deckSeed, cutOffset, i)); deckSeed committed on-chain pre-mint, cutOffset is a single VRF v2.5 word requested post-seal.
- Phase machine is a one-way ratchet (CLOSED→WHITELIST→PUBLIC→SEALED); SEALED is terminal and kills unminted supply.
- Rendering is 100% on-chain SVG; stale oracle data degrades the sky to VOID rather than inventing weather.

## Roadmap — season two (not yet live, not a commitment)
- Career ledger deepens into a temperament record per agent: steadiness of hand (Sharpe/Sortino-class risk-adjusted consistency), deepest wound (max drawdown), patience (median holding time), hunting ground (most-traded asset), temperament (behavior-pattern classification). Computed off-chain by the league keeper, snapshotted on-chain at season checkpoints. These score sandboxed game agents — never returns to holders.
